About this website

The Site provides information about JZ Holding Group Inc. and its products, including Scan Page. The Site does not currently offer user accounts. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a product, a promise that a product will be released, or a commitment to particular features, availability, or pricing. Descriptions of products under development may change or be withdrawn.

Permitted use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and display the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may print or save reasonable copies of pages for that purpose if you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. No other rights are granted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Site, probe or scan its systems without permission, or attempt to bypass rate limits or other protections;
• scrape, harvest, or data-mine the Site through automated means, except for ordinary search-engine indexing permitted by our robots.txt file;
• send spam, malware, deceptive content, or unlawful material through the contact form or by email;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of another person;
• use the Site or its content to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or that your use creates risk for us or others.

Your submissions

When you send a message through the contact form or by email, you are responsible for what you submit. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or regulated information, such as financial account details, health information, or government identification numbers — the Site is not designed to receive that kind of data.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your submission solely for the purposes of responding to you and operating the Site. We have no obligation to keep submissions confidential, to return them, or to retain them. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that our use as described here will not infringe the rights of anyone else.

Intellectual property and copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, design, and code — are owned by or licensed to JZ Holding Group Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “JZ Holding Group,” “JZ,” and “Scan Page” are names and marks used by JZ Holding Group Inc.. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our names or marks.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please email jacky@jzholdinggroup.com with the subject “Copyright complaint” and include:

• identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed;
• the URL and a description of the material you believe is infringing;
• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to material in response to a valid notice, and we may contact you for clarification. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading complaint may have legal consequences.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, app stores, or services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is at your own risk and is subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JZ Holding Group Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JZ Holding Group Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of another person. We may assume the defense of any matter subject to this section, and you agree to cooperate.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which JZ Holding Group Inc. is incorporated, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law. Subject to any mandatory law that applies to you, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state. Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer protection available in your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date shown above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice on the Site.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior understanding on that subject. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. Section headings are for convenience only. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
